Initial HTMA Assessment (60 Minutes)

We begin with a comprehensive review of your HTMA results, current concerns, and goals. This session focuses on understanding your mineral patterns, stress indicators, and how these may relate to nervous system load and hair pulling behaviors.

This session sets the foundation for the months ahead.

Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (11 Total | 45 Minutes Each)

You’ll receive ongoing support through bi-weekly sessions over six months. These sessions allow us to:

• Review changes or shifts you’re noticing

• Revisit HTMA patterns as your understanding deepens

• Answer questions as they come up (instead of holding everything until one session)

• Adjust educational guidance based on your experience

Virtual Support Between Sessions
